- Postage Rates -
Postage rates given at our checkout are for Australia and New Zealand only . Postage to other International countries vary and is not possible to be accurate at our checkout, so we will contact you with the apropriate postage charge before processing and posting your order. Any extra Postage charges are to be paid before posting your order. If the products ordered for International delivery are lightweight, (ie: capsules) they often can be sent the for $11AU charged at the checkout.
 
- Refund Policy -
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within seven working days to arrange an exchange or refund. All items returned to us (at your expense) must be in original condition, not be altered, damaged or used in any way whatsoever.

- Delivery Times -
We endeavour to ship our orders the same working day when ordered where possible.
Due to the nature of online shopping being setup for those who want the convenience and savings of in home shopping - internet orders can only be shipped via secure Postage and Freight. Collection is possible but strictly by appointment only.

When using Australia POST, we accept No responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this web site and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us and expressly and irrevocably do so by agreeing to our Order Policy at the time of placing an order.

In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area. Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt check with your local Post Office.

- Backorders -
We always carry on hand a large inventory so that most orders can be processed in a relatively short period of time. However at times it is possible that the product you have ordered may be out of stock for the moment hence not immediately available. This can be due to other orders in process or items placed on hold. We endeavour at all times to have items available with in a reasonable period, usually 7-10 working days. Should this be the case we will inform you immediately. It is of assistance if you would advice us of a day time contact phone number when placing your order.

- Incorrect Listings -
Any website errors in listing of the Product name, description, or pricing of any item displayed on this website is subject to database listings and if listed incorrectly due to human error or software error, will be changed as soon as possible to be corrected. If a purchase is made of an Item and it has an incorrect Product name, description, or pricing, then we will notify you immediately upon receiving the Order of the incorrect listing. We are not obliged to sell an item listed with incorrect details in any manner and is part of our Ordering Policy that when making a purchase any item can be withdrawn from sale due to being out of stock or incorrectly listed for whatever reason.
